Dispensations for PCAT Championships

A guideline for dispensations has been developed.  If you find you are in need of a dispensation for an event, you must now apply to your Zone Chief Coaches Panel as soon as you know that you will require it. 

You must also advise your DC that this application has been applied for.

The dispensation can be in the form of a letter or email, but must include your history of competitions and a consice and complete description of the reason why the dispensation is needed. 

The Panel will decide on the information you provide, so it is in your best interest to explain the situation fully.

The Zone Chief Coaches Panel will then confir and advise your DC, the State Coaches Delegate and the Organising Committee of the event you are needing a dispensation for.
